1366----Knights of Columbus No.1818 clown card original artwork - Salem Ohio

Original artwork on this clown thank you card from the Knights of Columbus Council 1818 Salem Ohio. Signed by "PJ Powell '82" Great cover work of a clown and balloons. Inside has the hand drawn K of C insignia. Created on heavy stock, not your regular poster board material.
Most likely was presented to "Slim Jim the Clown" of Youngstown Ohio.   See below for more info on his estate. He was a longtime member and entertainer for the Aut Mori Grotto Circus. 12-1/2 x 17 (opens up to 25 x 17) VG condition. I recently took part in the Giles estate auction in the Youngstown OH area. Mr. James Giles was a well known personality in the area who passed in 2018. I was able to obtain several items from his many years of collecting and entertaining as "Slim Jim the Clown."  (Please search online for more detailed info on the life of Slim Jim).
