Description
ARTIFACT:This is a circa 1920s-1930s This is a large version of an old New Hampshire Department of Forestry forest fire prevention poster with a hole in the upper left-hand corner placed there by the agency. Dramatically designed, the poster shows a charred landscape against a crimson sky and warns you to PREVENT FOREST FIRES – IT PAYS. It has a Jutex maker mark on reverse.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1920s-1930s.
SIZE:
Approximately 15-1/16" in height and 11-3/4” in width.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
Printed paper.
