    Description

    Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique 19th Century "Named" Victorian Ceremonial Fraternal 'Catholic Knights Of America' Sword with Scabbard. This Has a Wire Wrapped Leather Handle with Oval Badge "C.K. of A." Cross Guard. The Blade is Etched with Fancy Designs, and the Catholic Knights of America Chapter "C.K. of A. Anderson Ind." on One Side, and the Former Owner's Name "Ed Mackey" on the Other. The Blade is Signed by the Maker on the Base "Benziger Bros. Cin. O.". This Has a Knights Head Pommel with Falcon, and Ornate Steel Scabbard with Applied Decorative Trim, and Fancy Tip. The Sword measures approx. 37" long with a 30 1/8" Blade.
    The Blade is Very Clean, As Pictured! The Length Of The Sword in the Scabbard is Approx. 38 1/2" Long. This is Over a Hundred Years Old, and in Decent Original Condition with Some Wear From Age, and a Nice Aged Patina, Click and Enlarge Photos for Details. The Catholic Knights Of America Did Not Produce Many Swords, So This is Extremely Rare!!! I haven't seen one like this before, and You probably Won't Find One Again!!!
