All merchandise without an RMA number will be refused and returned back to the shipper. The merchandise must be unused, in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Returns are subject to a
25% restocking fee
once the item is shipped & returned for ANY REASON, including but not limited to: inability accept delivery or pick up from designated carrier, canceled order(s) and incorrect address. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice.
Any item(s) which have been pre-installed, cut, or modified in any way will not be eligible for credit or refund.
