Soooooo cute!!!
Preowned condition, as it has some color transfer on band some scratching on gold metal, the back still has the protective plastic over metal. The watch is not working, I believe it needs a new battery as it hasn't been used just stored in over 10 years, so am not a watch expert but battery would be my guess, has been stored for many years.
