Description

NEW, never installed pair of Art Deco corbel/brackets made of aluminum stock. Originally made for a project never completed and in heated storage since 2005. Particulars are as follows:
28 pounds each! 1.00" thick outer members with 1/2" thick inner members create the bracket. The round gusset element is 12" OD x 10" ID tube.
Dimensions: 20.50" high x 16.00" long x 4" wide
Stainless steel hardware used throughout.
Hollow SST threaded rods draw center element to walls. Both are hollow but one is end tapped to accept a standard light stem fitting allowing the interior to be illuminated.
Clear anodize finish to all parts but the center element plates and connectors. This will allow you to rework the plate with cut outs should you choose to illuminate from within the center element.
The only visible fasteners are on the 1/16" thick center element plates. All other fastening hardware will not be seen after mounting.
Note the dovetail cleat mounting from the back upright. An amazingly strong method of hanging these brackets. The cleat slides in the female groove in the bracket and is pulled flush to the mounting surface with 3/8-16 bolts (not included)
